Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking a Branch Office Manager to lead a real estate sales team, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with the Sales Manager on plans and policies. The role involves representing the office and ensuring profitability and growth in a fast-paced market.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 2+ years of supervisory real estate experience, plus a Realtor license track toward broker status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Two plus years of real estate supervisory/management experience.
• Licensed Realtor with goal of broker’s license; continuing education credits in real estate and management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and motivate sales staff to meet profitability and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in recruiting, training and motivating sales associates and staff.
• Develop programs and long-range objectives to enhance profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness.
• Track revenue, number of customers, and staff production; monitor market share.
• Provide optimal work environment, space and equipment for staff.
• Represent the office in community activities and boards as needed.
• Serve as acting Sales Manager in the absence of the Sales Manager.
• Assist with regional recruiting including events and interviewing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
