Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management and operation of the shooting ranges.
• Enforce RSSC SOPs, MRP, and Club policies.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Range Safety Officers and cashiers.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for daily operations.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, security inspections, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper stocking of range facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of ranges, buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist with minor maintenance and respond to safety concerns and incidents.
