Job summary

Mayo Clinic is hiring an assistant supervisor in radiology to develop and improve patient service. You will assist in recruiting, guiding and disciplining staff while driving continuous improvement across the service team.

Ideal candidates hold an appropriate healthcare degree, radiology experience, CPR/BLS certification, and a willingness to lead change in a fast-paced environment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Graduate of an accredited healthcare or clinical education program (Radiology, Nursing, etc.).
• Two years clinical radiology experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Registry in modality supported by the position is strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve service to customers.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, guidance, development and discipline of staff.
• Gain self-improvement and drive continuous improvement and change.
