Job summary

Fort Myers Broadcasting Co. is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director to oversee WINK 96.9, WAVV 101.1 and Sunny 106.3 WJPT. You will shape the stations' music brands, coach on-air talent, and ensure each brand remains distinct.

The role requires a strong grasp of research and ratings, plus the ability to create promotions that boost visibility in the community. This is a hands-on, on-site position at our Fort Myers studios.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Program Director or senior programmer preferred.
• Strong understanding of radio research and ratings.

Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is looking for an experienced Assistant Program Director for WINK 96.9, WAVV 101.1 and Sunny 106.3 WJPT.

We want a creative AC programmer who can help shape the music, coach talent, and keep each brand distinct.

You should understand research and ratings but also know how to create promotions that get noticed and make the stations visible in the community.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard use
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces to install or service equipment
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
• Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle technical components and read screens or documentation
• Ability to travel between work areas or locations as needed
