Relogistics is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager (Assistant Reusable Asset Depot Manager) in Florida to oversee administrative and operational functions across the site, with potential travel to other locations. The role supports the On-Site Manager and focuses on leadership development and HR/compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor preferred
• 3+ years of related administrative and operational experience
• 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution preferred
• Customer service orientation across organization and visitors/customers
• Forklift certifications required
• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer relationships for Relogistics Services
• Work with On-Site Manager to set shifts and schedules
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and managing employees
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance
• Assist employees with employment/pay/benefits questions
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Assist forklift duties as needed
• Track movements on proper forms
• Assist with employee relations with the OSM
• Other duties as assigned
