Relogistics is seeking an Assistant RAD Manager to oversee administrative and operational functions at the site, with travel to other locations for training and potential relocation. You will work with the On-Site Manager to schedule shifts, develop staff, and ensure compliance with safety and HR policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of related administrative and operational experience
• 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution preferred
• Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service to all levels of the organization as well as visitors and customers
• Forklift certifications required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow travel to various company locations
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products required

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer relationships for Relogistics Services
• Set shift/operating schedule with the On-Site Manager
• Recruit, develop, and manage employees
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange equipment maintenance
• Assist employees with employment questions (pay, benefits, etc.)
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Assist forklift duties as needed
• Track movements on proper forms
• Support employee relations locally with the OSM
• Other duties as assigned
