48forty-Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager (Assistant Reusable Asset Depot Manager) to oversee administrative and operational functions at the Mesquite site, with travel to other locations for training and potential relocation to manage additional sites.

You will support customer relationships, schedule shifts with the On-Site Manager, recruit and develop staff, ensure safety and HR policies, and handle supplies, payroll questions, and basic data entry.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related administrative and operational experience.
• 1-2 years of previous management and/or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution environment is preferred.
• Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service to all levels of the organization.
• Forklift certifications required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to travel to other locations if required.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Aufgaben

• Learn and assist with managing customer relationships for Relogistics Services.
• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedule.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and managing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist employees with employment, pay, benefits questions.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms in a timely, legible manner.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues with OSM.
• Other duties as assigned.
