RubberMill is a custom manufacturer specializing in converting rubber, foam, and nonwoven materials into custom components for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. We are a small, team-oriented manufacturing company where quality, responsiveness, and practical problem-solving are central to how we serve our customers.
Our quality team plays an important role in supporting production, customer satisfaction, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to manufacturing quality systems, customer and vendor quality communication, inspection processes, ISO documentation, and cross-functional problem solving in a hands-on environment.
The Assistant QA Manager will support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the company’s quality systems, inspection processes, documentation, and customer/vendor quality communications. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, organized individual who is interested in developing into a future quality leadership position in a manufacturing environment.
This position will work closely with production, sales, purchasing, vendors, and customers to help ensure products meet customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable regulatory or compliance requirements. The role is intended to provide a growth path toward future Quality Control Manager responsibility over approximately 3–5 years, based on performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness.
Expected salary range: $55,000–$62,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated fit for the role.
This position follows the plant operating schedule and will generally work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., when the plant is operating.
