Job summary

Ryan Companies Inc. seeks an Assistant Quality Director to help develop, train, and maintain the Mission Critical Quality Program across projects nationwide, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and client expectations.

You will lead quality planning, conduct audits, prepare training materials, mentor team members, and coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in data center and mission critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years overseeing MEP scopes, preferably with a mechanical or electrical contractor.
• Mission Critical/Data Center and QC/QA experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for audits and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and maintain the Mission Critical Quality Program.
• Lead quality planning meetings with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
