Assists with a felony caseload with other matters as assigned. Attempts to resolve and adjudicate assigned criminal cases or tries case in court.

Juris Doctorate Degree and two years of experience as a prosecuting attorney or equivalent criminal court experience, including experience with domestic relations, family support and/or felony cases. The County, at its discretion, may consider an alternative combination of formal education and work experience. License to practice law in the State of Michigan and a member in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association.

Current salary range starting at $34.70 - $45.22/hr (7-year progression) with a competitive fringe benefit package.
