Location: Woodland, CA
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Compensation: $19.15-$21.21 per hour, depending on experience
The Assistant Property Manager works side‑by‑side with the Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, waitlist management, applicant intake, oversight of maintenance coordination, and ensuring the property remains in compliance with the Property Management Operations Manual, organizational guidelines, fair housing laws, and all applicable affordable housing regulatory requirements. The Assistant Property Manager should be able to assume leadership and initiative in the absence of the Property Manager and ensure the highest quality of customer service
