Job summary

Article Student Living in Florida is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our student housing community. You will manage all billing and on-site accounting, support the Property Manager, and nurture resident relations to ensure a positive living experience.

You will contribute to financial reporting, budgets, and revenue projections, while coordinating inspections and turnover processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience in the student housing space.
• 2+ years in property operations or leasing in the student housing or residential property management industry.
• Experience with financials and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all billing for residential and commercial accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, revenue projections, and variance analysis.
• Document and bill unit inspections after breaks (Winter, Spring, Summer).
• Create notices to residents for lease violations and fines.
• Partner with the Property Manager in leading the turnover process.
• Assist Property Manager payroll activities, including timesheets and leasing commissions, ensuring related tax forms and payroll documents comply.
