Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team. The role focuses on leasing, customer service, and achieving occupancy targets while handling cash and basic office tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage while meeting team objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through leasing.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assess storage needs.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks including filing and managing accounts.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
