Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Sylmar, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to run our dynamic self-storage facility. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and drive leasing activity.

This role offers a schedule that may vary with coverage, with pay $21–$22/hr plus monthly and quarterly bonus potential, and a benefits package including health, life, retirement, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs.
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards.
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
