RentReady Homes, LLC in Plano, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations of single-family properties and support the Property Manager in administration and tenant relations. This role requires 2+ years of property management experience and a strong focus on tenant experience.

The position begins as a 90-180 day probationary period contracted, with potential for full-time placement and opportunities for career growth. Travel to our Houston office may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing.
• Familiarity with facilities management practices.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts effectively.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of single family property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and leases.
• Support in resolving tenant issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with legal regulations and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Occasional compensated travel to our Houston office.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Assist in conducting property inspections and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations of our properties, ensuring a positive experience for tenants and maintaining the overall functionality of the premises. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks and tenant relations.
