S2 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Mark at 2600 in Dallas, TX. You will support the Property Manager to ensure financial and operational success of the community, handling on-site accounting, rent collection, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include monitoring occupancy, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining accurate resident files. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential, with CAM/ARM certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years+ of residential property management experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) a plus.
• Knowledge of property management laws and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Oversee on-site accounting functions and rent collection.
• Coordinate move-ins/inspections and deposit accounting.
• Maintain resident files and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist in achieving occupancy, marketing, and expense targets.
