Position Summary

The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring community success and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include team leadership, community standards, marketing and leasing, resident retention, financial management, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in multi-family property management
  • Active Property Management License
  • PMS experience preferred (Entrata)
  • Valid driver’s license

Education

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Duties
