Key duties include accurate record-keeping, rent collections, and coordinating leasing and marketing efforts to sustain occupancy. A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role is expected, with proficiency in OneSite and RealPage software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of property accounting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and confidential resident records, move ins, move outs, notices, ledgers, etc.
• Monitor and manage rent collections and delinquencies.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly while delivering a luxury-level customer service experience.
• Processing Final Statements with precision and timeliness.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy.
• Perform monthly review of month end accounting reports and close period process.
• Walking vacated units and assessing final move out charges.
• Generating and serving monthly 3-day notices.
• Filing and maintaining legal eviction cases through the online portal.
• Conducting all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
