Affinity Property Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Station at Elm Creek. You will support the Property Manager, handle leasing activities, conduct tours, and help ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The role includes an hourly pay range of $22.00–$23.00, potential leasing commissions, and a 20% tenant rental discount. A strong benefits package and 401k are included, with a focus on professional development.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family property management
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Advertise and promote the property; provide property tours
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95% and assist with delinquency processes
• Assist Property Manager with processing vendor invoices
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
• Navigate resident issues and resolve unforeseen emergencies
