Bigos Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager II in Silver Lake, New Brighton, Minnesota. You will support the Property Manager across leasing, administration, and resident relations to meet company goals.

The role requires 1-2 years leasing experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office; Yardi is preferred. Competitive benefits and pay are offered with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years as a Leasing Consultant or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling sensitive information; knowledge of Microsoft Office; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries about available apartments and schedule visits.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of the property to prospects.
• Qualify applicants by rental and credit history per guidelines.
• Coordinate turnover, move-ins/outs, and rent collection.
• Support administrative tasks and safety program compliance.
