Hilltop Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Director for The Lookout O4W in Atlanta to oversee leasing and resident relations, lead tours, and help manage daily property operations.

The role requires at least 1 year as an Assistant Property Manager, OneSite experience, proficient MS Office, and outstanding customer service. You will support budgeting, rent collection, and staff training while maintaining a friendly, professional community presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Property Manager at a conventional community.
• OneSite experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and leasing skills.

Responsibilities

• Address residents' concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Lead tours and lease apartments as needed; uphold leasing standards.
• Assist in staff training and model effective sales techniques daily.
• Lead rent collection efforts, including delinquent accounts and possible actions.
• Assist in budgeting to improve net operating income.
• Inspect apartments during move-ins/outs and walk the property.
• Act as Property Manager in absence of the Property Manager.
