Job summary

Inland is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Goodyear, AZ. You will support leasing, marketing, and operations for a multi-family community, guiding on-site staff and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. An ESA/OSHA awareness and Fair Housing certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in Property Management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates highest standards of integrity and compliance with policies and laws
• Lead leasing team and coordinate leasing and marketing efforts
• Handle resident concerns and requests with a customer-service driven approach
• Market and show property to prospective residents and complete paperwork
• Monitor traffic, conversion ratios, renewal information, and marketing data
• Maintain rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs, and financial records
• Ensure rents, late fees, and charges are collected and posted timely
• Assist Property Manager with training and motivating on-site staff
