Storage Hub is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in the United States, Texas, San Antonio, to lead local customer interactions and drive sales while maintaining facility operations. The role includes handling leasing, inspections, and cash handling, with travel to other facilities as required.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer-facing experience and are energetic, reliable, and able to work independently while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Outlook and internet browsers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities required.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting company goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and generate sales leads both over the phone and in person.
• Recommend unit sizes and services based on customer needs.
• Explain leasing process to customers and complete rental agreements.
• Handle account calls, collections, and document notes in the computer system.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure a great customer experience.
• Travel to other properties to support operations when needed.
