Morgan Properties in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight. You will help ensure high property standards and deliver excellent service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include managing delinquencies, supporting move-ins/renewals, coordinating with vendors, and aiding in monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Property management or sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight.
• Address delinquencies and support eviction processes if needed.
• Maintain accurate resident records and process deposits/refunds.
• Help create monthly reports on renewals, rents, and retention.
• Coordinate with vendors and support staff; attend meetings.
