Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in maintaining community operations, ensuring cash flow, property upkeep, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, maintaining resident files, and handling lease renewals and maintenance requests, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following:
• 4-year Degree or higher
• 2-year Associates Degree
• 2 years’ work experience in retail sales or customer related service

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare and maintain resident files.
• Initiate lease renewals and forward to Property Manager for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests.
• Maintain resident relations in the community.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports.
• Keep advertising and website files up to date.
