Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least one property with fewer than 200 units.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor spending.
• Handle tenant complaints and enforce lease requirements.
• Coordinate resident move-in and move-out procedures.

Skills

Knowledge of DHA organization
