Job summary

Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking an organized, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of one of our apartment communities. The role includes assisting with leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, financial processes, and general property operations.

The position offers Tuesday through Saturday, 8am - 5pm, and a team that values collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, retail management, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing principles and property management software such as AppFolio, ShowMojo, or Avid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and resident relations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Support rent collection, renewals, and delinquency management.
• Walk the property to maintain curb appeal.
• Partner with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy and financial goals.
