A leading company in real estate is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support all areas of property management. Responsibilities include administrative support, lease administration, tenant interactions, and performance oversight of service contractors. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on a customer service focus, in a professional office setting.
Assistant Property Manager (CRE)
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Sr. Assistant Property Manager job description, as well as performing property administrator duties if there is no property administrator on the team. The role requires maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships with tenants and clients.
High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of real estate property management or related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; proactive and deadline-oriented.
Professional office setting with routine use of standard office equipment. Travel between properties required, often in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, ascend stairs, and operate office machinery. May need to travel outdoors in weather conditions. Sitting or standing for extended periods.
