Job summary

Revised personnel in Galveston, TX seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations of a multifamily community and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospective tenants.

You will assist with leasing tours, applications, renewals, rent collection, and reporting, maintain resident files, coordinate with maintenance, and help achieve occupancy goals while upholding Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or leasing preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
