Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and supervisory services for tenants' safety and independence.
• Supervise front desk personnel and ensure coverage.
• Maintain personnel files and process timesheets.
• Coordinate with social service staff on tenant issues.
• Act as liaison between tenants and staff when managers are absent.
