Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in property management, leasing or a related role required; affordable housing experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Customer service oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to analyze basic financial/occupancy data and assist with reporting and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, application processing, move-ins/move-outs, renewals and waiting list management.
• Support resident relations by responding to inquiries, fostering community engagement and promoting retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely work orders and maintain curb appeal in common areas and units.
• Assist with rent collection, posting payments, tracking delinquencies and month-end close activities.
• Support invoice review, PO processing, vendor coordination and expense tracking.
