Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 2 years in occupancy/leasing or related function.
• Experience in site-based affordable housing preferred.
• COS and/or CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive relationship with residents and staff.
• Assist Property Manager with leasing and occupancy.
• Process compliance and financial documentation.
• Maintain reception area and answer calls professionally.
• Coordinate applications, show apartments, and qualify prospects.
• Prepare lease forms and collect deposits as required.
• Support resident retention through communications and events.
• Assist with rent collections and reporting as needed.
