Job summary

Vesta Management Corporation operates Village Green & Yarmouth Commons in Barnstable, MA. We seek an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and onsite staff in maximizing occupancy and handling financial administration.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent plus 2 years in affordable housing and customer service prowess. Proficiency with property software (Yardi) is preferred, with extensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years in occupancy, leasing, or related property management work.
• COS and/or CPO certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leasing, resident retention and compliance.
• Process rent, deposits, and applications with accuracy.
• Coordinate marketing outreach and resident communications.
• Maintain accurate records and use property management software regularly.
