The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the financial management of their assigned student housing community, for our Student Housing Property. This is an on-site position requiring comprehensive financial management, strategic marketing execution, and exceptional resident relationship building. As the Associate Community Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of all property management aspects and step in as the Community Manager in their absence.
