Monarch Heritage Estates Apartments in Affton, MO is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team. The role offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour with bonus potential and commissions, plus benefits and tuition programs.

You’ll support day-to-day operations, work to maximize lease renewals, build strong resident relationships, show and lease apartments, and ensure marketing remains current and effective at Heritage Estates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Yardi/CRM IQ experience a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
• Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)
• Build and maintain strong resident relationships
• Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)
• Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective
