Lpc is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this role, you will support the Property Manager with all aspects of managing commercial properties, including tenant relations and financial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and financial analysis. This full-time position requires working in the office, without remote work options.
As an LPC Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager or higher-level staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

Performs monthly or more frequent property inspections. Travel to assigned properties as required.
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
$65,000 – $70,000 USD
