Lpc in Gainesville, Florida, seeks a dedicated LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a portfolio of properties. This role involves responding to tenant needs, preparing administrative reports, and ensuring smooth operations.

As an LPC Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager or higher-level staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

Performs monthly or more frequent property inspections. Travel to assigned properties as required.
