Job Details:
  • Salary: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 1920 Preisker Lane, Santa Maria, CA, 93452
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and manage bank deposits.
  • Enforce company policies focusing on safety and maximizing rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work involving walking, stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform maintenance tasks.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • Travel between store locations may be required.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, inspections, and safety checks. You will also engage in meetings and training, ending with closing procedures. The schedule is five days a week, no Sundays, with work ending by 6 pm, supporting work/life balance.
