Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for River's Edge Apartments in Salisbury, Maryland. The company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.

To be considered, candidates should have at least 2 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as an Assistant Community Manager. Leasing and similar experience will also be considered. The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step into the Property Manager role in their absence, requiring excellent customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience with certifying and recertifying income requirements is preferred.
