Morgan Properties in Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight under the Property Manager.

You will handle move-ins, renewals, and arrange showings, while delivering friendly, professional service to residents and staff. Candidates should have 2–3 years in property management or related roles and a valid driver's license.

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.

You will assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight while ensuring the property’s high standards and providing top-notch service to both residents and staff.
