Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Pasco, WA. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing apartments, processing rental applications, managing resident relations, and overseeing property maintenance. Additional tasks include handling rent collections, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with property management regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
