Position Overview

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of the community. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to effectively manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Lead, coach, and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• Maintain high occupancy levels through leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
• Manage rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and financial reporting
• Monitor and maintain community budgets and expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local housing requirements
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests and property repairs are completed promptly
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal and asset quality
• Prepare reports and communicate community performance with ownership and management teams
