Rapidly expanding Commercial Real Estate Management firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with overseeing a portfolio. Top candidates will be client-focused, possess strong time management and organizational skills, have a proactive approach, and a strong ability to work independently and solve problems.
Schedule: Includes 3 days in office and 1-2 days traveling throughout the portfolio. The office is located in Mount Laurel, NJ, servicing the Greater Philadelphia area.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
