Job description

Behind every great building is a great property management team.

Some people see an office building.

You see a community.

You notice the details most people miss. The tenant who needs an answer before their day gets off track. The vendor relationship that needs attention. The budget line that could impact year-end results. The project that needs coordination before it affects operations.

You understand that exceptional buildings do not run themselves.

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a premier Class A office environment in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional tenant experience while supporting the operational and financial success of a high-profile commercial property.

This position is ideal for a commercial real estate professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing details, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Our Values

Everything we do is guided by four core values.

  • Better Together: We believe the best results come from collaboration, trust, and supporting one another.
  • Warrior Spirit: We approach challenges with determination, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
