In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain your property, involving customer service and property maintenance skills.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with excellent service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, build rapport, and meet sales goals.
• Perform property walks, show units, manage leasing, accept payments, and handle late payment calls.

Property Maintenance

• Perform daily walks, cleaning, and light maintenance activities.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety, including landscaping and repairs.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in high-quality customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform duties such as walking, climbing, and bending.
