In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions while delivering exceptional service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property for lock checks and unit showings.
• Working independently and as part of a team to rent storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete daily deposits, and follow up on late payments.

Property Maintenance:

• Performing daily property walks, cleaning units and the property, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), and light maintenance activities like mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, and cleaning units.
• Ensuring the facility remains clean and safe, meeting company standards (e.g., restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, doors).

Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays is required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation during work hours.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder frequently.

*Some locations may require Sunday hours
