The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This role supports day-to-day property operations, including assisting with leasing activities, resident move‑ins and move‑outs, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance requests. The Assistant Property Manager helps maintain accurate resident records, prepares notices and basic reports, and supports compliance with affordable housing regulations and organizational policies. The role includes regular communication with residents to address questions, resolve concerns, and connect them with available services and resources. The Assistant Property Manager collaborates closely with the Property Manager and site team to promote a safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming community environment.
