Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal, resident retention programs, and leasing report analysis. Responsibilities

  • Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
  • Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
  • Manage resident relations issues, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns.
  • Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
  • Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications.
  • Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
  • Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models.
  • Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs, and landscaping.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including team motivation and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and a schedule that may vary.
  • Willingness to tour the community, including walking the property and climbing stairs.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required.
