Beacon Communities LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Branchwood Towers in Clinton, MD. You will support the Property Manager in budgeting, resident relations, and daily property operations to ensure a well-maintained community.
You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, review rent processes, and assist with inspections and turnovers while upholding company policies and confidentiality. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and Yardi, and
General Statement of Duties:Assists the Property Manager in fiscal planning, staff supervision, physical property management, rent collection, resident relations, and directly oversees the occupancy and recertification process.
Reports to Property Manager.
Supervises direct reports as assigned.

Education:High School diploma required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:One year of property management or related work experience preferred. Designated certifications where required for property type.
