Dweck Properties in Arlington, VA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM) to oversee all aspects of property operations including sales & marketing, resident relations, maintenance, and finances.
Under the Property Manager, you will lead a motivated team, promote resident retention, and deliver excellent service. A heart for serving others and experience in multifamily management are valued.
As our Assistant Property Manager (APM), you will be involved in all areas of property operations - sales & marketing, resident relations, maintenance, financial and leadership. Your positive interactions with residents will demonstrate our values daily and help create the high-touch community living experience that Dweck is known for. You will also use your acquired skills to maintain accurate accounts and a low delinquency rate, and promote resident retention. Under the leadership of the Property Manager, you will help maintain an efficient and motivated team. You will do “whatever it takes” from leasing apartments to resolving resident issues, to mentoring those on your dynamic team. This versatile role requires industry knowledge, but more importantly, it requires a heart for serving others and a passion for upholding excellence.
